The worst part is that there are about a dozen (conservatively) nannies of the month, and yet there is only time to lambast one of them...

And though Reason TV manages to make the segments poignant and amusing, should any of us bring these up day-to-day, then everyone will think we're weirdos.

They criminalized efficient refrigerants under a scientific hoax of "Ozone Holes", so the lower efficiency stuff wastes fuel & adds to pollution. They criminalized DDT, so poor nations suffer millions of slow torturous deaths from bug-borne diseases every year. They criminalized forest management, so fires are unstoppable & destroy much more of nature & property, and kill more, and pollute vastly more. A town in Washington recently criminalized soap; VIDEO: "Criminalizing Soap".
