    accounting must be accurate if it is to have any trust

    true accounting must dig out the facts that those seeking the accounting must know truths ,facts, reality, that those being accounted may seek to keep secret

    [special powers must be accorded ,but also special trusts beyond fear or favour] real facts giving real knowledge ,not spin
