Sounds so wooden - I guess the bass player is feeling it?? Stick to covers guys, looks like an educated effort - like most taught musicians the souls missing.....counterpart helps

Good job fellas, reminds me of the good old "average white band".... All I can add is to say to the bass that with pure funk music it's not about what you play but many times what you DONT play, helps to leave out notes to get the best funk.
