http://www.fitstep.com - this is a nice way to work your chest and hit the bench press when you train at home and don't have a spotter or a rack. You load one side of a barbell, get yourself underneath the bar then press one side at a time. You'll never get stuck under the bar and you'll get a great pec workout out of it because you have much greater freedom of movement than with a regular barbell bench press.

  • Howdy. I tried this exercise (with light weight) and it was a little harder on my right arm because of a bad shoulder.But I did alright with it. I have one question for you. What is a good exercise for what is called "man" boobs? I do incline benching because that's what I read somewhere. but I"m limited too on my right arm because of my shoulder. I stick to light weights (50, 60 lbs) Are there other exercises that are good for that? I have a chest cable puller and a bunch of resistance bands.

  • @MrPappitoes Anything you do on the incline can help lift the chest and make it look fuller higher, to take emphasis off the man boobs look. Honestly, losing excess fat will have the most impact, beyond any particular chest exercises. If the gynecomastia is a hormonal issue, it may go beyond what diet and exercise can do, but definitely do the best you can with dropping excess fat and chest training.
