Lizards territorial fight

On a path, oblivious to danger from other animals, birds, etc., it looked as though these two grown European wall lizards were in mortal combat. In the end they separated and the loser moved slowly off. How long they had been at it before I came along is anyone's guess, but here are eight minutes' video of sixteen that I took. And, as they are lizards from the Basque Country, what better than some traditional Basque folk music to accompany them: a group called Fanfarre Xut recorded in 1979 playing Salbatoreko Ermitan and La Murga.
