@PillSmasher They added Tier 4 powers to travel powers
Afterburner (faster version of flight but you can't attack while using it and provides a lot of defense)
SJ gets some TAoE jump attack which I forget the name of. And TP gets a long range version.

@icebeam23860 Indeed. It's DPS falls a little behind but that's because it balanced AoEs and ST in one set and do both relatively pretty well.
Considering Combat Readiness is about 20% less affective than BU but the DPS can still put it just bellow fast sets like Claws ... the set is fucking amazing - a simple tune up and it'd be close to OP.

@PillSmasher Burnout I believe it's called. It's a click that recharges after 30minutes (I believe it's locked so IO bonuses wont boost it's recharge - but not sure) which has the ability to recharge EVERYTHING in your powers. Wicked power.
