How to move your mouse over an image to change it to another

Hey, a number of people can't do this, so I figured: Hey, why not help them! As always (I say that so much!), subscribe, rate and comment! Also, someone please ask for a tutorial video! can you help me... I want to make mouse over something on a picture or click on something on a picture and i want to little picture to pop out with text and when you move mouse or click again that picture disappear? ... something like skill tree od Diablo 2 skill tree or WoW talent tree

can u do this for pictures like take a person out or the main picture and paste it to another? O_o?

hey, i was wondering too things,

why did you put _root.gotoAndPlay(Frame)}

instead of just gotoAndPlay(Frame)}?

and where you in needed for a code to make a hyperlink?

i put _root to make the actions work on the movie line, not any movie clips. does normal gotoAndPlay work? :P
