the SOVRAN Americans out of their "Natural Rights", and
"WE THE PEOPLE" , he says was only the signators to the Constitution, not you and I.

@TimGuitarTaylor I agree, this man's position seems a sham. He needs to clarify "liberty" and "freedom". I understood the reason the Constitution was a document held in general esteem was that it was one of limitation of government powers. Those who consented to be a party to it (governance) formed the republic, and were, of course, SUBJECT to its provisions. But being a subject is not necessarily bad, it is what we consent to be subjected to that counts, and the basis on which we find accord.

@AFITotalImortal Take The Constitution into a court of law and try to defend yourself with it. Will it stop a bullet from a National Guard troop during martial law?
It's just a god damn piece of paper.

this guy needs to not talk hes full of it we the pple did write the constitution that how we started this nation this idiot wasn't even there has no idea what hes talkin about! the constitution is the only thing that limits the governments power without it the government has complete control and we have no say in anything we wouldnt be the land of the free anymore we would become a dictatorship if were weren't for we the pple!
