They can't play this without Uli Jon Roth!!! Mathias Jabs just can't get the leads or feeling right on it!!! he never could...

you can't understend how i felt last 31th december at midnight in Berlin when suddenly (I didn't know anything about that) they came out in front of the Brandeburg's Door and started to play Rock You Like an hurricane...

it sounds better without an orcestra

@HighMindedLunacy « The symphony may seem "artsy" to those who are impressed with such but it serves no purpose here-it does not better the sounds and detracts from it. »
I have to agree, I just posted a similar comment. But on some songs the orchestration really worked (RYLAH especially).

It depends on the song I guess ; on Rock you like a hurricane the orchestra really adds something worthwhile and the result is awesome, but it just doesn't fit with this song, which is about melancholy and sobriety. Besides, the symphonic arrangements are too upbeat, almost comical at times (the chorus makes me think of a melody from a Mario video game or the Mac Gyver tune or "Boom Boom Boom" by the Vengaboys, seriously !), which goes against the moody, elegiac nature of the splendid original.

buenisima lml :)

When you look at their body of work 1972-2011 i think they have surpassed Led Zeppelin as being the best hard rock/metal band in the world. They say better/best is subjective but when it comes to quality its not. They are THE BEST !
