I appreciate her comment about how enlightenment doesn't necessarily mean slowing down. once one has the feeling, one can move through life at any pace. Its a reaffirmation that the spiritual path isn't *about* distancing from the world but rather is a state from which to connect to one's internal experience. The spiritual path ultimately ought to be about being *more* engaged with life. Check out onecommunityranch,org to see this idea taken to a societal level.
