Harajuku Lovers Giveaway (follow-up about the rules)

This video is to follow-up on my Harajuku Lovers giveaway (it is now closed). There was a lot of misunderstanding around the rules, so hopefully this video will clear things up and answer any remaining questions you may have.

Contests and giveaway draws have a lot of legal and logistical considerations, which is why some contests are limited within a geographical area. Especially since this contest was sponsored, I must follow the rules set out by the sponsor.

I appreciate your understanding on this matter. I will have future contests open to international subscribers.

As a future Canadian, I resent people assuming that they are being discriminated against simply because they can't enter a contest. Hopefully those people are just immature youth who do not know the ways of the world. Either way, it was nice of you to explain the postal laws to them. I think this is fair...I mean it's not prejudice at all...Llike you said Canadians aren't allowed to enter a lot of contests in american magazines and such so it's just the way it workds

So....Quebec follows Civil Law, which is based in Roman Law, while the rest of Canada follows Common law, which is based in British law practice. ..... OK, Got it.
