True story: Brian Cox was originally cast as Aslan's voice but he had conflicts with other projects,so he ended up dropping out. Other actors who tested out were Jason Isaacs, Timothy Dalton, Sean Bean, Gerard Butler, Ian McKellen, and Ralph Fiennes. But to me, Liam Neeson was born to play Aslan.
