    I shit you not, for the past five months i havent played video games because i broke the pattern. I read more, i got really serious about my health and school. Now that i have free time im finding myself playing video games to pass time. This actually helped explain why i didnt miss the video games. Defnitelly going to put this back into effect becasue it was fun doing other things. not saying i dont like playing games,but like you said. is it benefcial?
