Kevin: Well, we're here.

Kevin: Fine with me, princess! C'mon. I set us something up when I was down here... about 5 hours ago... no, 7 hours... at least.

Nick: (talking to himself) Everyone knows it's meant to be...
Joe: (walks in) What'cha workin on, bro?
Nick: (looks up startled) Oh... Uh, just a song... I guess.
Joe: Can I hear it?
Nick: It's not quite finished... I don't really have the tune... And it's not that good...
Joe: Just sing it!
Nick: Fine. (sings) There she goes again. The girl I'm in love with. It's cool we're just friends. We walk the halls at school. We know it's casual. It's cool we're just... I don't wanna lead you on, no. The truth is I've grown found, yeah! Everyone knows it's meant to be... (stops singing and looks up at Joe) Uh, that's all I have... So far.
Joe: It was great! How about... (sings) Everyone know it's meant to be. Fallin in love, just you and me.
Nick: (writes what Joe sang down) Til the end of time...
Joe: Til I'm on your mind, it'll happen.
Nick: I've been makin' lots of plans. Like a picket fence and a rose garden. I'll just keep on dreamin'. But it's cool cuz we're just friends.
Joe: (smiles) Nice. Where'd that come from?
Nick: (blushes) Uh, Elizabeth.
Joe: (sits nexts to him and elbows him softly, smiling) Ooo! You're girl!
Nick: Uh, not so much... "My girl"...
Joe: What? You know you guys are meant to be. Haha. Get it?
Nick: (smiles fakely) Yeah Joe. Hilarious. But we aren't dating... She has a boyfriend. I'm not good enough for her.
Joe: Who's this "boyfriend" you speak of? I'll beat the crap outta that kid.
Nick: No Joe. Don't interfere. -AN: right??- This is my fight.
Joe: Yeah bro! Go beat him up now!
Nick: You are abosolutley right, Joe!
Joe: I-I am?
Nick: Yes. I'm going to Kole's. (puts on his leather jacket and blue converse) See ya Joe.
Joe: (talking to himself as Nick leaves) Wait... Kole Bennington? Oh no, that kid well beat the crap out of him! I gotta go stop him!
-Elizabeth at Kole's house-
Kole: Hey. I gotta talk to you.
Elizabeth: Ok. But guess what tomorrow is?
Kole: Sunday?
Elizabeth: No, well, yeah, but no.
Kole: So... I'm stumped.
Elizabeth: It's our 3-day anniversery!
Kole: (mumbles) Or like the end of our relationship day.
Elizabeth: What?
Kole: Look, Liz. I'm breaking up with you.
Elizabeth: (starts crying) Why?
Kole: (stares off) Cuz of Candy. (sighs)
Elizabeth: Candy Reckman?
Kole: (sighs again) Yeah.
Elizabeth: Jerk! (spills a vase of flowers and water on him) I hear Candy likes when her boys bring her flowers. Now all you have to do is walk up to her, jerk! (runs out)
Nick: (runs into Elizabeth, who's crying) Whoa, baby. What's wrong?
Elizabeth: (hugs him)
Nick: C'mon. Stop crying. Just tell me.
Joe: (out of breath) N-nick! Don't t-try to beat up K-kole. H-he's too tough.
Nick: (mouths to him) Why is she crying?
Joe: (shrugs)
Nick: Please tell me. Let's go... Joe, did you steal Dad's car again? You don't have your liscense, fool!
Joe: (smiles embarrassed) Uh... i'll take you guys home.
Nick: No way! I don't trust you. Me and Lizzy can walk.
Joe: Okay. (gets in the car and drives off)
Nick: Why won't you tell me?
Elizabeth: I'll tell you if you don't say I told you so.
Nick: (smiles secrectly) Did Kole break up with you?
Elizabeth: (cries into Nick's chest)
Nick: I'll take that as a yes. (grabs her hand) Let's go home. It's getting late. We can talk about it then.
