its "government only exist by consent of the governed" basically if you cease consent you are no longer governed ( government not being the entity but rather the word as in the later in "the government is capable of governement" )

@Cstrife234 Actually Peers or peerage between government Employees as US citizens see 14th amendment section 3 all People who took an Oath are Subject to the Jurisdiction there of. While the People are not subjects. Unless they contract out of sovereignty. A Subject is not the same peerage as a sovereign. Sorry there not that is why the government are tried either in administrative procedure Act. or if a violation of the constitution where People v. Subject common law case.
