what is the diference in regionaland angola?

Capoeira regional tends too be played at a faster pace (although capoeira angola also can be played fast). Too some extend you could say the movements in capoeira angola is more floor based - as you rarely see people jumping up high in the air. Also in capoeira angola there is a lot of rituals, which still is preserved and respected. Basicly you could say that capoeira angola is the older version of capoeira and the regional that is practiced today is a more modern version of capoeira.

Like in all martial arts, it depends on the person - his level, agression, experience. I think it's impossible to answer which system is the best. But natural you can find people saying angola or regional is best.

@magicninjamatt i would say bengela because in a real fight you wont be doing all that flipping or spinning, and Angola is on the ground too much another thing i dont think you would want to do in a scrap.
