KKTV in Colorado Springs, CO: CBS 11 had "The Difference at Night" to promote the 10pm newscast back in the late 1980s and early 90s.

@vzeu019j I remember hearing that "love theme" from WBTV Charlotte, NC in the mid 90's with lyrics. "There's a Difference at Night"

I wonder if that was the theme for WRGB/NewsCenter 6 officially, because to me, that sounds like a" love theme", if you will...
