@lEvilSpartan Yeah, for many people, FF7 is still the best FF story. Years later, Square is still scoring with it and its characters. ;o)

@ninjatoespapercraft thxs alot man, that kinda makes me wanna play final fantasy

@lEvilSpartan Well, if you don't mind *massive* spoilers...
Cloud is originally from Final Fantasy 7, and he and the main villain Sephiroth are made to be antipoles of each other (like yin and yang, good and evil...)
Sephiroth is called the one-winged angel, with a black, wing coming from his right shoulder. In his Kingdom Hearts appearance, Cloud has one wing coming from his left shoulder, to symbolize that they're antipoles.
It's black because in KH, he's tricked into working for evil...
i'm just curious but does someone can tell me how to be good like this ? i tried lot of models but sometimes i always get stuck. i tried cloud with another version almost like this one and i was stuck with the boot part and could not finish it. is there a web i can learn to be good or maybe pro ? i know it takes training and patience and i have it but it feels now i don't make progress and i'm a little lost... please !? thanks

@mortdepeur13 The basic techniques are very simple (Google "Yamaha papercraft tutorial" for tips) and after that, it really does come down to taking your time and practice. Like all things, the more time you invest, the better your paper models get. ;o)
Many paper models are much easier to build if you shape the parts properly before glueing them: for models with sharp folds, score the fold lines with a (blunt) tool before folding them...

@mortdepeur13 ...and for models with a smooth look like this one, use a toothpick, pencil or other round tool to curve the parts first. It takes the tension out of the paper and already shapes it a bit, so it will be much easier to glue on.
If you're not sure how to glue it on, try it without glue first so you can try another way if it doesn't fit like that.
To get rid of white lines, you can colour the edges (crossections) of the paper with pencils or markers.

@mortdepeur13 Finally, if you're getting frustrated with a certain model, it's best to put the printed sheets and the parts you already built in a safe place and continue another time instead of forcing yourself to continue just to get it over with as quickly as possible. Papercraft can be a time consuming hobby, so don't force yourself to finish a model in one day if you're already getting a bit bored, there's lots of other fun stuff to do too! ;o)
