i was standing in the corner with my friends chelsea and vannessa. "new girl alert" chelsea mumbled. "where" vannessa asked. "right there" chelsea replied as i looked up. i noticed a girl with brownish hair looking at her schedule. "trip her" vannessa said with amusement in her voice. It was a ritual we did. every newbie that came we did some sort of welcoming like tripping them or dropping their books. Chelsea and vannessa loved it but i didnt at all. They always made me do it. "come on go trip her" chelsea urged. "nah maybe next time" i said "oh come on..dont tell me your getting soft on us" vannessa said harshly. "im not getting soft" i said and took action

Selena

"A squared plus b squared = c Squared" joe protested..nick shook his head in dissaproval..my sister quickly spotted her gothic clique and hurried over there. "no joe your wrong!..its c squared = b squared plus a squared" i shook my head.."its the same damn thing!" i shouted.."thats what i said" joe hissed back..i laughed at their stupidity..."oh shit" nick said as he glanced over my head. i turned around and saw demi who tripped a random girl new girl. my reflexes quickly acted and i found myself reaching out my hand to help her up "are you ok?" i asked she took my hand and stood up and brushed herself off.."yeah im fine..thanks" she said "anytime..im selena"..."miley" she replied.."unique name" i said with a nod.."is she always such a bitch?" she gestured towards where demi was standing "she does it to all the new ones..."
[The bell rung for class}
b-b-b-r-r-i-i-ng b-b-b-r-r-i-i-ng b-b-b-r-r-i-i-ng
"see you later miley" i said and started to walk away "hey wait selena...do you know where room 1-123 is?" she asked "actually thats my homeroom..but your bestfriend the bitch is in that class too..but its all good because my bestfriends are in that class" i smiled "who are your bestfriends" she asked as they approached us.."that would be us" joe said "thats joe..the track/math star and also humorous..if you ever need help in math and someone to crack you up..Joe's the guy" she smiled "hi im miley" she said..joe gave her a high five "cool"... "and him with the jewish afro is nick he's also class president and if you ever need some good advice then nick's your guy"...he smiled "hi".."hey" she said back..joe finally realized the compliment i gave nick about his good advice and said "hey i give some kick ass advice" he protested.."yeah like the time you told me told me to ride my skateboard off the school ramp..i was in a cast for 2 months".."well at least you didnt chicken out" he said "you skateboard?" miley asked "but of course"..i replied "me too" she exclaimed "sweet" i gave her a high five as we entered the class....
[ten minutes later]
miley was settled with the teacher and came to a seat i saved her. she sat in the desk next to me and joe sat behind her and nick sat behind me. I examined her schedule " woahh you have p.e next.....goodluck with that" i mumbled "your next class with all of us is 7th hour"...i said a bit dissapointed..miley was real cool "damn now i have to spend this whole day by myself" i gave back her schedule "meet us at lunch then".."ok cool" she answered
Teacher: "ok class we have a new student"..she motioned for her to introduce herself "introduce yourself"
"i rather not" miley mumbled "chicken" i heard vannessa mumble. chelsea giggled and demi rolled her eyes, it was like a routine.... "it'll be fine" i encouraged, she got up and stood in front of the class "im miley, i was born in detroit but then uhm a couple weeks ago i was adopted by a great couple..." i was a bit shocked, she didnt look like someone a mother would give away..i instanly felt bad for her.."now im in new york city. where anything can happen and its filled with really cool people" she winked at us, i smiled "i love to skateboard, act, sing, smile, dance and laugh....Thats me" [the clause apllaud]..she smiled and walked back to her seat "you rock" i said and gave her a high five "your a really great speaker you should join the debate team" a random kid suggested "sounds cool" miley replied.... the teacher smiled "its nice to have you miley"
10 minutes later
"okay everyone settle down this is homeroom not socialize hour so everyone take out some work or homework or just read a book"
the class started to work quietly and i decided to catch some zzz's. suddenly i felt a paper fly on my desk i opened it up
