@lepumpernic1 Au contrare. The 303 was the only sequencer at that time that allowed you to manipulate the resonance and filter settings to attain the 'Squelch'. The Roland MC-202 and SH-101 were a bit later. You can do the 'Acid Squelch' with both of these. I've owned, at various times, a TB-303, MC-202, and still own an SH-101. Great kit, all of them.

@brianartillery it isn't a TB 303... it's another machine.

The Cabs had obviously just acquired a Roland 303 Bassline synth! Proto Acid house squelch 'n' boom about eight years too early. FUCKING GREAT!

i like very much cb but this clip is a total abscon=no cerebral sense but abstract sense, as d'habitude with cb

And FYI the album features Tokyo gig from Tsubaki House on March 23rd 1982! :-)

@TheMercyBeat I totally agree - Walls Of Jericho is a supremely powerful track, the whole album Hai is wondeful.

I warmly recommend everyone to listen to its superb live version from the "Hai! (Live In Japan)" album where it's entitled "Walls Of Kyoto". What a sheer energy and power!
