@MrDG80 i agree. I had a Red Wolfgang EXP before and regretted letting it go. Fortunately i got me another one. one of the earlier versions without the EVH signature at the back. It's a Trans blue Quilt top.
How's your wolfgang when you got it? Did it need a setup? Both EXP wolfgangs i owned needed a setup upon purchase. they set it up quite poorly hence the bad reviews on some. But if you set it up right, they can hang with the best of 'em
cheers

I own this amp.. its bullet proof sings every night I play over 250 shows a year..its a very dependable tube amp. great distortion and sweet cleans..
I dont find it to bassy...
just turn the bass down :)
I like the huge sound I can get from such a small light amplifier..
I love this amp I highly recommend it to people who play music for a living and need a great amp that wont let them down...

thanx, I think it's because of the maple neck.
A lot of attack but with the thick humbucker tone.

I like this amp so much. The clean channel is very very sweet which is important for me. The od channels have tight bass a british voicing and not harsh highs. The demo was good too but i think you should do more riffs with the od+ channel. I hear this one has a killer reverb too. Greetings from greece

Yes wonderful tone, but too bassy/muddy for some styles.
Sometimes I have to cut the basses a lot on the clean channel and rise the presence a lot for a good metal tone with the OD+.
The spring reverb is nice but I prefer digital delays for most applications.
More riffs with the od+ channel soon....
