I'm not Native American.I'm originally from Russia, but then I moved to Canada when I was young.Native American culture and traditions and history all fascinate me. I'm really into it, and I love the music. I just feel so ashamed that my people (Europeans) stole your land. Your principles and the way you lived just makes absolute sense to me instead of this polluted world driven by money and greed. I just wanted to let you know what not all white people are savages.

I am but a small portion Cherokee. One ancestor 4 generations back I learned of this heritage just 5 years ago. But the love of my native american heritage has grown. I hunger for knowledge of our past and pray for our future. This music and pictures give me such peace. I may not be a pure blood, nor even close, but my spirit breaths the cherokee air. I suppose that is what is supposed to happen.

in Seattle homeless native American guy was killed by cop just because he thought native was pulling something from pocket that looked like 4 inch knife cop simply walked away , i think native American people were the only people who Could'nt get freedom from occupiers bescause tribes were busy fighting each other

@ModestTruth i understand and agree, but from all the people and all the friends i have found in my lifetime, all were great people, but none of them ever gave me the level of friendship and love as my native american friends.

@Dukesfan1980 Hmm.. Every person, just like every culture, has a way of handling things. I don't think it's right to really judge.... After all, judging other people prematurely is what got us in those messes to begin with, you know?

i am mexican american, my grandpa is tarauhmara, my grandpa on my mom's side is huitchol, yet i have been labeled hispanic, they are trying to make me forget my roots,the reason we lost our lands was because we divided each other, instead of all tribes united we let them separate us, the aztecs were not defeated by spaniards,they were defeated by other NA, i know most of you native americans wont consider me one, but i am and will always be proud of my Native American heritage
