With so many databases to choose from, how do you pick one!? Luckily, the subject librarians at Lehman College have come up with several solutions:

From the library's homepage at www.lehman.edu/library, click on the "Find Articles" tab and select "Databases by Subject." Here, the databases are arranged by discipline so choose the one that most closely relates to the subject on which you're doing research. There will be several databases on that page so you can try one or try them all!

Alternatively, the subject librarians have also created research guides to assist you in finding information for your topic. Go to the library's website and click on "Research Guides" from the links below the search box. From the menu on the left, choose the subject on which you're doing research and select the general research guide on that subject. You will find more than just databases on these guides: the Lehman College librarians put these guides together to help you with all aspects of your research, from finding books and articles to using reliable sources from the Internet to citing all of these great sources!
