Structure Fire in Nelson BC, Man Found Dead - TMTV

TMTV News Nelson BC Canada - Friday, Dec 18, 2008. The Nelson Fire Department and Nelson City Police are investigating a structure fire in the city of Nelson. At around 10AM this morning Nelson Fire Rescue was dispatched to a structure that was fully involved in flames on the south side of Highway 3A at the 700 block Lakeview Crescent. Upon their arrival a garage structure with a camper inside was engulfed in flames. The body of one individual was found within the structure and is believed to have perished as a result of the fire. No names have been released and the fire does not appear to be suspicious in nature but the Fire Department is asking the public to provide any information they may have. UPDATE: Dec 21, 2008 - The victim, 59 year old Maurice John Eggie was using the camper as residence. Video by TMTV copyright 2008
