  • if i do this excercise everyday for about 10 minutes how lond will it take to see results?

  • @lorelocust only do it 1-2 times a week and to lose the flab add diet and exercise

  • Hey! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got ripped Six pack abs and lost tons of belly fat with it.

    3 sets... do the excercise 3 times

    8 reps (reps is short for repetitions)... do the movement 8 times (up/ down)

  • @WickedAwesomeeAna go down 3 = do 3 reps stop for 30 seconds then do 3 more until you get to 8. I am working on mine. former althete.
