It's the 2008 New Years Celebration on Runescape (US Eastern Time)! The video was taken in Varrock Center, world 1.
Video comes with textual commentary and depicts the world 1 celebration 2-3 minutes before 2008. (It really wasn't much of a party, but this video is meant just to show what we did). I was actually going to be in the Middle of Times Square that night, but by the time we got there, the police wouldn't let us in since it was already packed. But I got to watch the countdown via TV.
