He wasn't viewed as "old" the man has run for president THREE times in 12 years. He's been consistent for 12 years! I think that narcotics and other substances should be the problem of the healthcare industry, and not law inforcement. I mean, let's say a person goes to jail for using crack. Our penial system sets people up for life to be hardened criminals. Vs if they develop health problems and they seek help for their drug addiction. Now which makes more sense?
