87'-88' 'Thunderbird Turbo Coupe, 89'-95' Thinderbird Super Coupe; 84' -86' SVO Mustang; 86' Merkur XR4Ti 2.3L Turbo; 89' Ford Probe Turbo; 97'-04' Buick Regal GS Supercharged 3.8L. 89-92 Taurus SHO; 04'-07' Cobalt SS Supercharged, 08'-10' Cobalt SS Turbo (Add Pontiac G5 and Saturn Redline Variants). I'm sure I'm missing some cool specialty cars, but this list covers a bunch of cool cars that never get the respect in racing games. No one cares about a Honda Fit or Toyota Prius in a race sim!!!!

79' Turbo Trans Am. 89' GTA Trans Am Turbo V6, 99' thru 02' Trans Am (stock 13 sec car - nuff said); 91'-92' GMC Syclone & 92'-93' GMC Typhoon 4.3L V6, Turbocharged, AWD; 73' Camaro, 82' Camaro, 88' IROC-Z; 84' thru 86' Chrysler Laser/Dodge Daytona 2.2L Turbo, 86' Dodge Omni Shelby GLHS 2.2L Turbo, 87' Charger GLHS 2.2L Turbo. These are some cool cars I NEVER see getting any respect or acknowledgement, despite being popular with some being very quick for factory vehicles.

One thing I find VERY disappointing about GT5 (and previous versions) is the lack of American cars that people actually modify and race. 79' thru 93' Mustangs completely snubbed. Granted many early models had low HP, but simple bolt-ons or even engine swaps can make these monsters. Special years that'd be nice to include in the future are the 79' Cobra and Pace Car with either the 2.3L Turbo or 5.0L; 82 GT 5.0L; 83' GT 2.3L Turbo. 86'GT; 87'-89'GT; 93' Cobra. (351W, 351C,427, 460 engine swaps)

Am I the only one who despised the whole driver creation thingy? I thought I was going to drive cars myself but apparently now you create drivers and give them commands... fucking sucks :/
