This week, Lord Sugar challenges candidates to come up with an original kids' club for five- to eight-year-olds. A potentially lucrative business, a unique kids' club concept can be rolled out across the country and make big money through the sale of licences. In just two days, the teams must create a concept and pitch it to industry professionals. The team that sells the most licenses for their kids' clubs will win - and as always, in the boardroom, one of the losing team will be fried.

Why didn't Navdeep do a kids' club that capitalized on her strength(s) -- public speaking? Maybe a show-and-tell workshop that sharpens their presentation skills? Parents might go for that because it actually teaches the kids something that is valuable (not that space isn't ... except when it's suggested that there are squid in space).

22:50: Karen observes that the website was coming along well. Sure, but that's because it was setup by a pro instead of the kids. Not much credit should go to them for the quality of the ws.

Lord Sugar is the opposite of racist

Sugar is not racist! He has had three ethnic minority winners (Tim, Yasmina and Arjun) and there have been many times that he has kept people of ethnic minorities in for a long time - for example, Syed in Series 2 lasted for ages despite being pretty near useless. If Sugar was racist, he would have got rid of David long before this, he has had plenty of opportunities to after all. I think out of the final three, Ashleigh was the weakest on this task, but David was weaker across the process.
