It's not just diet, it's also lifestyle. A sedentary lifestyle will not help, no matter what you eat. Move to NYC. You have to walk every day, and there's plenty of Japanese cuisine x3

Not really. I don't think people below meant it as a derogatory term. I don't think many people see it as one either (unless you're from the old WW2 era). But people like you censuring the word and making it a big deal whenever it's used will make it a racist term

My Japanese teacher from Japan takes offense from it. Otherwise I might think the same as you. It's like the word niggard(I didn't spell this wrong by the way.) Look it up in a dictionary. It's not racist, but you wouldn't use it when you were talking to a black guy now would you?
