The PA is ineffectual, not independent or elected and have no power of enforcement over Lincs Police except (rarely) resticting their budget. The PA refers all matters and queries back to Lincs Police even tho' those queries/complaints are about the Police and their behaviour....who polices the police...themselves and NOT the PA !!
Why was this meeting held in Lincoln (Police HQ...not very independent??!!) and not mid-county?
Why is there not a town by town local elected Police Watch commity?

continued - in addition to this, the equipment and participants would all have had to be transported which would have also have had a cost attached. The concept of putting these events on youtube is to make the question times accessable to a much wider range of people than could attend a public meeting, wherever in the County it was held.

Hello macbrack04, thanks for your comments. I can answer some of your questions about this video/event and the other videos in the series. Comments relating to issues other than these events are best dealt with through other channels.
"Why was this meeting held in Lincoln (Police HQ...not very independent??!!) and not mid-county?" - this event was held at Police HQ because we have a room of the correct size available to us - to use an external venue would have attracted additional costs. -
