These roads are the best winter roads and not the stupid streets in many countries with salt and icing later. In pure snow you have much better grip with right wheels

Great video ! wish I had some of them studs on our bike , it's hard enough to ride in the snow and ice with a dog on board without them !

What is the feeling to drive with studs? I never tested them, but I did drive all last winter with regular tires :) It was a very interesting experience :)

The feeling with the studs on the hard packed snow and ice is like driving on a dirt road with a very good grip.
More the loose snow, more the feeling is the same than driving on the sand. Deep snow is like driving on deep sand. But often there is some harder stuff under the snow with some deformations, which is not visible, so at least with these tires, driving on deep snow is little bit more unpredictable than deep sand. Driving on bare tarmac is not enjoyable at all.

Studded Kings "intermediate weather" tires from satapiikki.fi.
I think at least the rear tire was
Kings 5.10-17 with 240 pieces of 20/2.5mm studs
The front tire was also Kings with the same kind of studs. I cannot remember the count of them.
