Are you ready to start or expand your business? Solera National Bank hosted six of Lucero Small Business Services' Small Business Development Workshops late in 2011 and will be hosting more in 2012. In this series of six videos, you will get some of the valuable information offered at these workshops. In this video, Cheryl Lola Lucero and her associate, Ramon Navarro, a business consultant, introduce their Formula for Success and discuss various things one needs to do when starting or expanding a small business.

The workshops are three hours and are offered in Spanish and English. At the workshops, you will learn tools and information that will help position your business for growth and profitability. You will learn about writing business plans, market research, legal structures for your business, insurance, accessing capital, financial management, and various other things.

The workshops are held at Solera National Bank, 319 S. Sheridan Blvd., (NE corner of Alameda & Sheridan), Lakewood, CO 80226, and are taught by Cheryl Lola Lucero and Ramon Navarro.
