Great Video...But as someone else allready said - very, and too, short...Since the subject is so interesting. Oh man - I'ld love to go to India-or/and Sri Lanka-and to have a go and learn about how to live in concordance with Ayurveda philosophy, But...that's probably not going to happen very soon I'm afraid. But-you can allways dream, can't you? ;-)

Western medicine is more backward than Ayurveda. There's no connection between the mind and body in western thinking everything is separate is the thinking.
