Very very difficult to play. Indeed.

I´m studyng this entire piece. The part of Timpani/ Snare Drum and Tam-Tam. Really complex! but incredible beautifull!

composed in the summer 1937 in Budapest, Hungary, Bartok's homeland, this work was at the time a novelty due to the peculiar combination of instruments

Great! This is almost as interesting to watch as it is to listen to. Watching the percussionists in the fast sections zipping around from instrument to instrument is fun. I keep worrying they might bump into something and make a horrible noise.

Excellent in every way. Wonderful playing and I congratulate all of you for a fine performance. Dazling.

A dazzling masterpiece of 20th-Century neoclassicism, and the summit of Bartok's musical achievement, along with his brilliant set of string quartets and Music for Strings, Percussion & Celesta. And these performers display such gusto as well as precision. Terrific!
