joedied - you are kidding right? It is the way it is - why don't you live in it then???????? Human life needs to come first! We are talking about a multi-billion dollar corporation that has the means to either clean this up or if they can't get the resident out of the poisionous land! It is the right thing to do.

You got to die from something. Cleaning pollution cost money hurts companies politicians understand the balance between die off and economic development.
Sad but we made our minds up long ago to be a capitalist country buyer be aware.
We are not Europe with a precautionary principle to new chemical products our congress, senate, supreme court, and white house for generations have enforced this protocol of non precautionary approach to environmental chemistry. That is the way it is.
