After my long search on the internet, I ran into the speed training challenge. Because it was only 2 weeks of my time, I decided I would try it.
After doing the workout for 2 weeks I recently found out that I now run a 4.87 unlike before where I ran a 5.3.
I'm stunned by the results and hope to start the full program as soon as possible.
