Oddly, the version of this game on GameBoy had a lot more to it. The end involved that old guy with the snow shovel and then the very end had you fight the coal furnace, for whatever reason.

wtf? ive never even heard of home alone3/4 although i watched home alone1/2 like a 100 times or so! ^^

Nevertheless you can only carry 10 animals in your bag because you're suffocating them. And then you drop them down the laundry chut as you always would. Watch the frogs at the bottom.

I played it as a kid a long time ago, and I was actually scared of the basement parts, the music and the dinginess and whatnot.

I just remember how hard this game one was a kid. I managed to get to the electronics stage but, I think the main reason i died alot was I think the controls were very slick. Kevin tends to slide around and erratic, I couldn't really stop. But, i thought it was a good game to kill time in.
I would actually spend hours more on the test sound menu because I loved the music in this game but I hated going to the basement because that music scared the shit out of me.

Hey Clement, have you played the GameBoy version of Home Alone? It's very similar to the SNES version, but the final bosses are Harry and Marv.

You know, unlike most games in my youth, I think I finished this one.
Thank you for pointing out how easy it is and destroying one of the few achievements of my gaming childhood.
