ANYWAYS;
It's a zip of a pre-cracked Sai. Just unzip it in your Program Files. (eg. C:\Program Files)
After you unzip it in there, just right click the Easy Paint Tool Sai icon, and click 'Send to Desktop' if you want a shortcut.
Sorry if it's a little confusing. ^_^;;
