you've got time to find what it is that you truly can see yourself being involved with for the long haul. choosing a major isn't as easy as it seems. when you decide what it is that you absolutely have to learn more about and can see yourself with a career in that field then maybe you'll have a definite choice. maybe theater and/or music is it. you'll figure it all out soon enough. good luck with school and life.

well, you could minor in acting, so that you can still do it. all im saying is when you have a passion, you need to embrace it. there is nothing worse than realizing that you have gone so far in one thing and find out that your passion lies somewhere else.

Yes I remember you. People say that I should stay in communications, so when I get right out of college I'll have a better chance of getting a promising job then If I were to act. Acting is very competitive and a very sparse type of career. I won't be promised a job in theatre as soon as I get into the acting field, you know?

so i dont know if you remember chatting with me but i went through the same thing with my major, but i went through it too late. im in my junior year and wish that i was majoring in vocal performance. I sing that national anthem at penn state all the time. what im trying to say is go with what you are passionate about, that way youll be as happy as possible.

College sucks and I really hate most of my classes. Maybe I'm just looking at it from a pessimistic view, but I hope it does get better. It feels like high school all over again. I didn't freshman year in high school either.
