So i haven't uploaded a video in a while, this is a short video of some cinematic shots i took today, i experimented with some depth of field and was just really getting used to my new camera, its not too bad for my first go at cinematography.

I used Sony Vegas Pro 8 for the editing, it took me a few hours to edit, and around 30 minutes to film. There is also a new intro and end credits in this video which i shall be using in all my video's to come, i created them in Adobe After Effects CS4.

Thanks for watching, hope you enjoy it and tell me what you think :P.

- Filmed with a Samsung SMX-F30,

  • Excellent video ( subbed ) btw the camera you used is the SAMSUNG CAMCORDER - SMX-F30SP/XEU right? im about to buy it for 80euro, want to confirm its the right one

  • @Piosmos Yeah man, thats the one!

  • I love the concept man! I love it when there's visual feedback from a song. The only criticism I have is that you should have switched between shots during the distortions in the song. For some reason it felt, "Awkward" watching distortion effects on the same shot. But that's just me. Great job.

  • @BassSeekr Thanks for the feedback man :)

  • can this be fitted to a tripod?

  • @mynameisjoedavis Yes it can

  • @HardflipXx i'm not sure why it wont let you import into any editing software, i use sony vegas pro 8 it imports fine on there.

  • I just bought the smx f30 yesterday it's really nice other than the fact that it won't let me import into any editing program.

  • Thanks!

Yeah, I've been looking at lens adapters as well - seems to be some cool cheap ones around!
