Could someone please tell me the name of a schnitzel I had in Germany?. Just a typical pork cutlet schnitzel but afterward garlic slices and a piece of cheese was put on top and melted. Wonderful stuff.

well, great kitchen equipment, no savvy, though. veal needs salt & peppa B4 anything, it needs fo sho butter fat, or, even better, pork fat, and THEN some butter fo finishin. the guy is nice and everything but he gives you the standard restaurant kinda routine which has lill in common wi da thang

You have to season it, eventhough this man says you don´t have to. There´s not much taste there if you don´t. Also, eventhough originally a Wiener schnitzel is veal, in Austria practically all restaurant use pork OR they ask you if you really want veal because many people don´t eat veal. And you NEVER bake it in a fryer!!!! These things aren´t even close to what you get in Austria.
