Lebron dunks the ball off the bounce, and through his legs in warm ups against the heat 3/2/09

On monday, march second, lebron came into american airlines arena to play wade in the heat. lucky i had my phone on because I was able to catch a glimpse of what lebron has planned in next years dunk contest. plus i was lucky enough to be a cavs fan and sitting ten rows back.

Watch lebron throw it up on the air from the three point line, catch it off the bounce, put it between his legs, and then dunk it. AMAZING
