Gradius 3 no shot run

This is a insanely hard achievment I came up with: do the first two levels of the game without firing a shot (except the first few enimies to get 2 speed ups) on hard mode. Let me just note that I did die once or twice but this is very very very hard and it takes a great deal of practice just to get past the first boss.
