Seva Canada (http://www.seva.ca/default.htm) is an international eye care charity that has been working for 30 years to restore sight and prevent blindness in the developing world. Dr. Martin Spencer walks us through the creation of Seva the eye care charity as well as the treatment of blindness in India and Nepal. He recounts his own personal encounters with patients and the miraculous effect that eye care surgery can have on individuals and families. People don't go blind by the millions, they go blind one personal tragedy at a time.
