It's so good to see this video! I rowed on the UNC team in '69-72. We were "startup", begun by a group of students from N England colleges, mostly. Love the big oars - ours were very oldfashioned, as were our wooden boats. The team folded by the mid-70's. I went back about '78 and the shells (a 4 and an 8) had been left in the "Tin Can" but were allowed to get wet and had fallen apart by then.
