i once had a worse problem. Every tiny pixels were scrambled and it looked like a mixture of red, green and blue.

OMG!!!!!! My standart OS is Windows Vista Home Basic. Then i has changed it to Windows 7 Ultimate, but on every booting i was seen this d*mn bug... sorry for my English, i am not from USA or Britain...
