  • @MackaliMesut if you do your training incorrectly...you should never try to lose muscle...it's metabolic and will burn fat for you...the more you build the more you burn...your body weight is composed of fat weight as well...that is what you should be aiming to lose in weight...and replace with lean muscle...~ahmad

  • Thanks again for the workout, this is the most challenging one for me yet. I have been pushing myself though and 4 reps is my max on these but I love it!

  • P.S. I usually mix this cardio exercise with weightlifting exercises for a total workout that lasts 1-1.5 hours

  • Been doing this for 5 months now, On and Off, I can do 2 reps in a row now without stopping, but after that I'm pretty much fully exhausted, I've lost at least 20kg so far, and I just wanted to ask, is it a good idea to just keep doing this till I can do 5-6 reps in a row, or move onto a new workout? Thanks in advance.

  • I'm 14, very healthy, play American Football like a wrestler, I run along the lines like a Jaguar but this workout killed me when I did it the 5th time... I kept on going and I will repeat this every day! I can feel muscles groing when you keep doing this. Don't drop down people! Keep going!
