There was one fall that made them change all the jumps. the horse jumped too early, and flipped. It landed on it's rider, and she's still in rehab. It happened like three years ago. THe horse broke his neck and had to be put down on the spot. The tarp was up for like an hour.

I was sitting right next to the duck when it happened. I got a picture of the horse hitting the head of it.
