Just some more drilling and shadow boxing. Strategy commentary as well. If you are punching small, focus on turning over on your punches, no matter how small the range.
do the drill in this video, and also search for "side stepping albert pope" -do two rounds of those.
Film it and send me the footage and I will critique and post videos in response. Don't be soft and not pay attention when you shadow box. Shadow box with true intention. Learn to make a dance of striking.

3 MINUTES ON, 30 SECONDS OFF - THREE ROUNDS.

  • I've never seen anyone use the pause timer+commentary like that on training vids. Great idea. These are really clear videos. Keep it up albertpope, these vids are really helpful

  • albert i have a question... im right handed but i feel way more comfortable fighting in a southpaw stance... is that a bad thing and should i try to change it?
